Therapy is offered Monday through Wednesday from 9:00 am - 5:30 pm in Salem.
You may reach me by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone leaving a voice mail at 503.391.1300. Since I am with other clients I will return your phone call at the end of the day or within twenty-four hours.
If this is a crisis or emergency you may call 911, Crisis Hotline 503.581.5535, call County Mental Health 503.588.5351 or go to the local Emergency Room at a hosptial or Urgent Care clinic.

We are pleased to have provided Supervised Vistation to parents and family members in our community who needed this service. We have discontinued this service at our office continuing to work with existing clients until their case is closed. We are not accepting any further new cases after August 31st, 2017.
UCI supports the health and well-being of all clients and as a result it is a location where tobacco products are not permitted.
Please do not smoke or chew on the property, whether outside or inside your vehicle.

Waiting Room at Upper Circle Inc
We have two chairs and access to the client bathroom. It is a cozy area (read small here) and there is generally either the white noise machine going or a fan to maintain client confidentiality.
Please be courteous and take all phone calls outside at least 20 feet away from the building as well as any electronic games or videos you may be playing. Sound seems to echo and intrude into the therapy room.
In winter the waiting room can become rather chilly as the front door is opened and closed and all heat lost especially if someone leaves the door open for an extended period of time.
I will be out of the therapy room at the end of the previous session to invite you in for our session and enjoy a cup of tea at your scheduled time. Thank you for your courtesy and patience. I strive to be on time.
